Pennsylvania Route 49 is a 48 mile long state highway located in northern Pennsylvania. The western terminus of the route is at Pennsylvania Route 44 three miles north of Coudersport. The eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 15 in Lawrenceville less than 300 yards south of the New York-Pennsylvania border.
