Pennsylvania Route 463 is a 13-mile long route completely in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Its western terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 63 (Welsh Road) in Hatfield Township; and its eastern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 611 in Horsham. It passes through the towns of Hatfield, Montgomeryville, and Horsham.

Pennsylvania Route 463 heads from PA 63 on the Hatfield Township-Towamencin Township border to the northeast on Forty Foot Road. It enters the borough of Hatfield where it becomes West Broad Street. In the center of town, PA 463 heads to the southeast on South Main Street and leaves the borough, where it becomes Cowpath Road.
It continues to the southeast and enters Montgomery Township. It reaches the community of Montgomeryville, where PA 463 intersects Pennsylvania Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) and U.S. Route 202 (Doylestown Road) at a five-way intersection. Past this intersection, Pennsylvania Route 463 takes on the name Horsham Road. It heads into Horsham Township and intersects Pennsylvania Route 152 in the village of Prospectville. It then continues southeast and skirts the southern edge of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station before ending at Pennsylvania Route 611.
