Pennsylvania Route 452 is a state highway in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 13 in Marcus Hook north to Pennsylvania Route 352 in Lima.

Pennsylvania Route 452 heads north from US 13 on Market Street. The route crosses through Lower Chichester Township and then it enters Upper Chichester Township. Pennsylvania Route 452 features an interchange with Interstate 95 in Upper Chichester Township. It then continues north, intersecting U.S. Route 322 at an old cloverleaf interchange, similar to the junction of US-1 & PA-352, which both have a jughandle. Pennsylvania Route 452 then crosses into Aston Township, where the road name changes to Pennell Road. The road runs through the heart of Aston and then crosses into Middletown Township. Pennsylvania Route 452 intersects U.S. Route 1 then continues north a short distance to its north end at Pennsylvania Route 352.
