Pennsylvania Route 403 is a north-south state route in Somerset, Cambria and Indiana counties of Pennsylvania. The southern terminus is at U.S. Route 30 in the hamlet of Kantner in Quemahoning Township. The northern terminus is at U.S. Route 119 in Marion Center.
