Pennsylvania Route 245 (PA 245) was a 2 mile (3 km) long[1] east-west state highway located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Commissioned in 1928, the designation began at U.S. Route 309 in Slatington, east to Pennsylvania Route 45 in Berlinsville. The route was eliminated from the state highway system in 1946. Today, the U.S. Route 309 alignment has become PA Route 873 and the PA Route 45 designation has become PA Route 248.

The highway began at an intersection with U.S. Route 309 on the alignment shared by PA Route 873 today. Although today, this section of PA 245 east of the Lehigh River is named Main Street, it was called Mountain View Drive before PA 245 was deleted in 1946. East of the Lehigh River crossing, PA 245 intersected PA Route 145. Outside of Walnutport, PA 245 traverses Lehigh Township on a northeast alignment. The highway terminated at an intersection with PA Route 45 in Berlinsville. This old segment of PA 45 is signed as PA Route 248 today.[3]
