Pennsylvania Route 11 was a 82 mile long state highway that was located in Washington, Fayette, and Somerset counties in Pennsylvania. The western terminus was at the West Virginia state line near West Alexander. The eastern terminus was at the Maryland state line near Addison. The route was replaced by US 40 and PA 81.
