Pennsylvania Route 106 is a 21 mile long state highway located in Susquehanna and Lackawanna counties in Pennsylvania. The western terminus is at US 11 in Kingsley. The eastern terminus is at US 6 Business in Carbondale.

PA 106 was once the central piece of U.S. Route 106, a U.S. Highway that connected Wyalusing to the Delaware River across from Narrowsburg, New York. It was commissioned in 1926, and split among PA 706, PA 106, and PA 652 in 1973.
