The Pennsylvania Preparedness Leadership Institute (PPLI) is a collaborative effort between UPCPHP, the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PA DOH). The PPLI teaches top-level administrators from the counter-terrorism task forces, hospitals, emergency management, public safety, government, and public health agencies leadership and crisis response skills. Three levels of intensive training are available, ranging from 1.5 – 6 days in length.
