Peng Zhaoqin (Simplified: 彭肇勤; born May 8, 1968 in Guangzhou, Guangdong) is a female Chinese chessplayer, who has resided in the Netherlands since 1996. She has the FIDE title of International Grandmaster (full GM), which was awarded in October 2004, and has an Elo rating of 2455 (April 2008). Peng Zhaoqin won the Dutch Women's Championship from September 5th to 16th 2005 in Leeuwarden. Peng won the title with 8/10 points - a full two points ahead of her nearest rival, Marlies Bensdorp. Peng won six games out of ten, four with black. Peng has won the Dutch Women Championship six times in a row. She is currently the Netherland's female number one.
