Penamacor (pron. IPA: [pɨnɐmɐ'koɾ] or [penɐmɐ'koɾ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 563.9 km² and a total population of 6,160 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 12 parishes and is located in the district of Castelo Branco.
The present mayor is Domingos Manuel Bicho Torrão, elected by the Socialist Party.
The municipal holiday is the Easter Monday.
