The following rationale applies only to the use of this image in the article Pentangle (band). Although the picture is subject to copyright, I (Bluewave) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. a free alternative is not available;
2. it is a low resolution copy of an LP album cover;
3. it is only used in an article describing the album;
4. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
5. it's low resolution means that copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork;
