It is used on Penguin Land solely to illustrate the product in question, in this case, the Penguin Land. video game, made by Sega.
It does not inhibit or decrease Sega's ability to sell its product.
An equivalent image has not been released into the public domain by the copyright holder.
A freely licensed or public domain image displaying the same information could not be created without infringing on copyrights.
The image is not being used to generate profit.
