The Pemba Flying Fox (Pteropus voeltzkowi) is a species of bat in the Pteropodidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
