Hi, and welcome to wikipedia. Sorry for the delay in the response, I missed your entry after you logged on. Thanks for getting a login. Now you need to somehow show that your are the copyright holder. Doesn't have to be an ironclad proof, but maybe an email adress for the source or so. And maybe add a statement to Talk:Yak Butter Blues: A Tibetan Trek of Faith that you are the copyright holder and releasing it under the GFDL, plus a link to the source. If you have questions, you can ask on my talk page or on the Wikipedia:Village pump. Easiest, of course, would be for you to rewrite the text into an encyclopedia article. The original text needs some editing anyway, since right now it reads, well, like a press release, and not an encyclopedia entry.
