Peisistratus

Peisistratos or Peisistratus or Pisistratus (in Greek, Πεισίστρατος),[1] traditionally pronounced /paɪˈsɪstrətəs/ in English, is the name of several personalities of the ancient Greek world.
- Peisistratus (Athens), tyrant at various times between 561 and 528 BC;
- Peisistratus (Orchomenus), king of Arcadian Orchomenus during the Peloponnesian War;
- Peisistratus (Lapithos), king during the middle of the 4th century BC
- Peisistratus (Odyssey), a son of Nestor character who appears in The Odyssey
