Peggy Hsu or Hsu Che-Pei (traditional Chinese: 許哲珮; simplified Chinese: 许哲佩; pinyin: Xǔ Zhépèi) is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. She was born on February 2, 1981 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Along with releasing two albums of her own, Hsu has written and composed a large number of songs for other Mandarin artists, notably Evonne Hsu and Joi Chua.
