Pegasus Town

Pegasus Town is a new town being constructed 25 km north of Christchurch, New Zealand. It is named for the nearby Pegasus Bay. The project was first proposed in 1997 by Southern Capital and is to be completed by the Infinity Investment Group. Titles to land in the town are to be issued in January 2008.
