Mr K. Narasa Reddy is a business magnet with interests in various industries in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, under the company named M/s.Kences Constructions Private Limited., The company is professionally managed by Mr K Narasa Reddy along with a team of professionals, competent Engineers, architects and other competent persons in the line of activity. Every matter is taken care of in the most meticulous manner and executed to cent percent perfection. In other words, a professional touch can be seen at every point of work.
Projects Developed :
Kences Enclave and Kences Towers:
The Company 's first project called Kences Enclave has a super built up area of 2,12,148 sq.ft consisting of 160 Residential flats and Kences Towers which has an area of about 90,000 sq.ft of Commercial Complex both having various amenities at Usman Road,.T.Nagar in the heart of Chennai City.
Kences Brindavan :
The Company has completed its second mega project of construction of about super built up area of 3 lacs sq.ft consisting of 202 Residential flats including Pent Houses with various amenities and luxurious workmanship at P.H.Road, Kilpauk, Chennai which is the nerve centre of Chennai. About 170 flats have already been occupied by the buyers and another 30 flats are ready for sale.The luxurious amenities include apart from granite / marble flooring and deluxe fittings, Swimming pool, Health Club, Modern Security System, Temples etc in the Complex.
Kences Sundar:
The Company has also in between taken up a residential complex of about 8 flats having 1170 sq.ft each at T. Nagar and has handed over to the owners within a year's time.
Upcoming projects :
The Company has acquired a new site of about 4.33 Acres at Virugambakkam, Chennai, a well developed area for the residential apartments . This again would be one other mega project of its size. The company plans to put up about 350 residential apartments. The Company is also in the process of acquiring about 30 Grounds at Kotturpuram, Chennai to be developed for residential apartments of about 100 Flats. Both projects are expected to commence shortly.
Hotel Project:
As part of business expansion and development, the Company has planned to spread its activities all over the country with the experience it has gained over period in the promotion of construction activities. Towards this , the company has acquired a Hotel Property at Tirupathi by acquisition of shares of erstwhile M/S V.K.Kalyanasundaram &Sons Hotels Pvt Limited, Tirupathi through its Directors. Subsequently both Companies have gone for a merger and the Merger has been approved by Honourable High Court, Tamil Nadu which is expected to result in consolidation of the business of the two companies leading in economies of scale, reduction in administrative costs and overheads, better and more productive utilisation of the resources of the companies. The name of the Company after the Merger has been changed to KENCES CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LIMITED. The Company 's total investment towards cost of acquisition and complete renovations work out to Rs.16 Crores (approximately) and is expected to become fully operational in a couple of weeks.
