[edit] "Father General" duration

The intro says:

Pedro Arrupe (Nov. 14, 1907 - Feb. 5, 1991) was the twenty-eighth Father General (1965-83) of the Society of Jesus.

The section "Father General" says:

At the 31st General Congregation (GC 31) of the Society of Jesus in 1965 he was elected to be the order's twenty-eighth Father General. He served in that position from 1965 to 1981.

Which is it? Kurt Weber 18:57, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

OK, the last section says he fell ill in 1981 but did not resign until 1983. I've updated the part above to reflect that. Kurt Weber 19:01, 12 August 2005 (UTC)

What on earth is this?--Tamas 23:54, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

Complete nonsense as far as I can tell, added by User:4.245.227.113 in early November. This page is the only entry for those 'words' Google can find, so I'm for removing it, and some of the other detritus in that paragraph. nae'blis (talk) 23:51, 19 December 2005 (UTC)
