This page needs more statistical information. It needs sourcing. I have rewritten much of it, but it is still not up to Wiki standard. Decadencecavy 06:26, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

I took it a bit closer - much information can be found from locations cited in the article as it existed previously. I linked what I could to other existing articles. I deciphered a couple of the acronyms, but a couple still eluded me, even looking at a list of local political party names.
