Pedar (Persian:پدر ) is the third studio album by singer Siavash Shams. The album features lyrics by Jaklin, Siavash, Koji Zadori, and Bijan Samandar. The album was produced by Brian Wayy. Out of the 8 songs on the album 4 of them became very big hits. "Dokhtareh Choopoon" and "Begou Areh" were big Persian hits in 1995. "Tou" was also a big hit since it was he first song to have a combination of Techno and Persian music. The album was named "Pedar" which is Father in English because Siavash dedicated the album to his father by also writing a song in the album called Pedar.
