Pedapulivarru

Pedapulivarru Telugu:పెదపులివఱ్ఱు is a small village, on the bank of Krishnamma - River Krishna, in Bhattiprolu Mandalam, Repalle Taluka, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh State, India. It is also called Vyagrapuram.(వ్యాఘ్ర ఫురం ) .

The salient feature of this village is that the Kalyanamantapams of the two temples (Vishnalayam & Shivalayam) face each other. Senior Samudrala, Ghantasala's wife Savitri belong to this village. Even Ghantasala, the famous playback singler is said to be hailing from this village. Kasinadhuni Viswanatham also known as Kalaa Tapaswi K.Viswanath also hails from this village.

The great Dr.Krishna Rao born in this village and their family constructed a large High school, Hospital, Bridge, Temples and so on. The people of Pedapulivarru will never forget their family.

On 18-Nov-2007, the people of Pedapulivarru have started a Welfare Association. The main aim of the Association is to help the poor and needy and old aged people.
