This article needs major reformatting, aside from pieces of words missing and spelling mistakes. The article also ventures into general enzyme denaturation which isn't something that would generally be discussed in a Pectinase article. Iscariot 00:14, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Was this article copied?

This article looks suspiciously like http://www.enzymeindia.com/enzymes/pectinase.asp Rob Hooft 21:06, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

Probably it was the other way round and was that website copied from Wikipedia. See for example this diff: [1], where the section on "Optimum environment" is edited, yet the website you linked shows the more recent version, meaning it was copied from wikipedia after this particular edit. --Cpt. This is certainly not true, The article from www.enzymeindia.com/enzymes/pectinase.asp seems much more professional than wikipedia and contains more information about pectinase than wiki. --  10014derek  Ӂ  11:59, 29 October 2007 (UTC)lol
