Peau d'Âne (English: Donkey Skin) is a 1970 French color-coded musical film rendering of the famous Charles Perrault fairy tale Donkeyskin, about a king who wishes to marry his daughter. It is directed and written by Jacques Demy, scored by Michel Legrand and stars Jean Marais and Catherine Deneuve. This film is also a nod to Jean Cocteau.

Peau d'Âne is distributed on DVD in North America by Koch-Lorber Films, a subsidiary of Koch Entertainment.
