Pearl Continental Hotels

Pearl Continental Hotels is a hotel chain in Pakistan. The chain has locations in Rawalpindi; Lahore; Karachi; Peshawar ; Gwadar; Bhurban, Murree; and Muzaffarabad,Azad Kashmir. The hotel in Karachi is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World©.

The hotels are owned and operated by Hashoo group, an Ismaili business house in Pakistan.

Since 2001 there have been repeated threats and dismissals against workers in the Karachi hotel for trade union activities.[1][2] In 2003 the International Labour Organization classified the practices of the management as union busting.
