Pearlridge Retrospective.

Top photo is from 1949, before development.

Middle photo is fom 1974, shortly before Downtown was built in 1976.

In the bottom 1994 photo, certain features can be made out. Most notable in the middle/middle bottom is the Sumida Farm, Hawaii's largest watercress farm. The Skycab monorail can be seen as a thin line snaking between the two main complexes. The complex towards the upper right with the two towers is Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. Towards the middle right-side is the Pearlridge Office Center.
