The PDX Pop Now! festival logo for 2007.
I believe there is a fair use right to this logo.
1. Using this logo will not harm commercial opportunities for PDX Pop Now! 2. The low-resolution nature of the logo is not adequate substitute for the real artwork. 3. A reasonable reader would not be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the organization just because its logo is used. 4. No free alternative exists or could be created. 5. The organization's logo is a widely used mark of identification for the organization and serves an educational purpose as part of the public image the organization portrays. It is as identifiable and important as the organization's name.
