 According to the Hungarian Copyright Act (Act LXXVI of 1999), 1. § (4) as amended in the Act XLVIII. of 2001 67. § (1) k) "The protection provided by this Act shall not cover laws and regulations, other means of State direction, court and other official decisions, announcements and documents of an authority or other official organs, as well as standards declared mandatory by legislation and other similar regulations." Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain.
