This work is in the public domain in Austria and other jurisdictions. According to the Urheberrechtsgesetz (UrhG) (copyright Laws) of Austria, photographic works are copyrighted for 70 years after the death of the photographer (UrhG §§ 3, 60), and then enter the public domain.
