PCTCT

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the UK tax system, more specifically, for UK corporation tax, PCTCT stands for "profits chargeable to corporation tax." The PCTCT of a company is derived from a company's net profits as shown in the profit and loss account in its audited accounts, with any disallowed expenditure added back, and any expenditure that is allowed for tax purposes and hasn't been offset in the profit and loss account taken off.
