Peter Stas (born 1963) is a Dutch entrepreneur.

In 1988, after he completed his studies in Business Economics at the Erasmus University and work as Product-Marketing Manager for Philips, he founded, with his wife Aletta Bax, a company called Frederique Constant.

He is currently Managing Director of Frederique Constant.
