The official webpage used to be http://www.classicgaming.com/pcae/ but now that page is just a bunch of ads. It doesn't actually have the emulator anymore. (Although at first glance it appears that it has it. But the links there are bogus.)

The official webpage is now at http://pcae.vg-network.com/ I verified this by downloading, installing, and running the emulator. It works great!

I added the new link to the article. But I left the old link in the article, with a message that it might not work anymore - just in case it comes back in the future.
