This image is subject to copyright and is believed to be covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. no loss of income for the copyright owner can reasonably be expected;
2. it is only being used for informational purposes;
3. an image which does not rely on the doctrine of fair use is very difficult to obtain;
4. a free image could not be created to replace it
