If it's posseble, can some one type a list of payload missions,

and

   which mission and spacecraft
   what were they testing
   what was the procedure
   what did they conclude

The term 'payload' is also used to describe transgenes transported into a cell, e.g.therapeutic genes transfered into a cell with a viral gene transfer vector.
