PayByCash, based in Charlottesville, VA[1], was founded by Internet Payment Solutions, Inc in April 1998 to offer payment options for customers wanting to pay for online games.
PayByCash implments a wide range of solutions for customers to choose from so they can easily pay online for products. Such as paying by cash (through the post), checks, PayPal and various regional paying methods.[2]. The majority of the places it is available are online gaming websites such as Electronic Arts, Sony Online Entertainment, Mythic Entertainment, and various other small and larger companies.[3]
In 2008 PayByCash launched its own pre-paid card for the US market. [1]
