Paul D. McDonald, MBA, ACG, ALS, and Most Excellent Grognard, (July 19, 1968– ), is an award-winning speaker, writer, and business & technology consultant. He is the founder of the Johnson County Speakers Bureau in Johnson County, Kansas. Before his work as a speaker and consultant, Paul was the CEO of SPIKEware, Inc, a consulting company based in first in Schaumburg, Illinois and later in Overland Park, Kansas.

Paul is an expert SAS System programmer and is often sought by companies in the United States to assist with their data and information related issues. He also is an accomplished trail chef and is regarded as an expert in the cooking process of barbecue and is widely credited as the creator of Smoked Meatloaf.

Paul recieved a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Southwestern College (Kansas). He also earned an Associate of Arts from Cloud County Community College and studied at Kansas State University.
