[edit] Why WikiPage

Paul is a CTO of a security company, Ph.D from Georgia tech has couple of patents.

This is a very general profile of any CTO. In many of our groups, many researchers have similar profile. Ph.D./MS from reputed institutes, papers, patents. I do not think he has any cryptographic protocol named after him like Diffe-Hellman or has published any books like Bruce Schenier.I believe people who have very significant contributions, validated by masses should be added in Wikipedia.
