  1. . Descriptions of the detailed course of a final illness are not encyclopedic content except for the most important of people, especially when it has an actual impact on history., as with Woodrow Wilson.
  2. . Tributes from friends are not encyclopedic content either, again with the exception of more important people than th mayor of a small town.
