Paulius Jankūnas (born April 29, 1984 in Kaunas, Lithuanian SSR, USSR) is a Lithuanian basketball forward playing for most successful Lithuanian team Žalgiris. Jankūnas grew up with Žalgiris youth teams and turned pro during the 2003-04 season. He made his debut with the Lithuania national basketball team in 2005. He played at the 2005 European Championship in Belgrade where he in 6 games averaged 8.2ppg, 4.0rpg, FGP: 73.7%, 3FGP: 66.7%, FT: 75%. He withdrew his name before the 2005 NBA Draft and decided to stay in Lithuania.
