National Mother Paulette R. Brown is the wife of Archbishop William E. Brown. She is the current Overseer of the Women's ministry for the Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches and Ministries Inc. (FIG) and the Abbess Superior of the International Communion of the Holy Christian Orthodox Church (ICHCOC).[citation needed]

Brown is the Co-Founder and Overseer of Mt. Zion Full Gospel Cathedral, Stafford, Virginia where she oversees all ministers. She is also affiliated with Women of Purpose Clergy Alliance under the leadership of Bishop Deborah J. Heard where she serves on the executive board.[citation needed]

National Mother Paulette is extensively involved in overseas ministry. She oversees ministries in India, South America, Africa, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.[citation needed]

National Mother Paulette Brown was born August 8, in Miami, Florida. Brown became a Christian at an early age at Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church, Bartow, Florida. As a youth in the church she was always very busy in church work and was a role model for other teens.
National Mother Brown was licensed November 1992 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church located at the time in Oakton Virginia. She was ordained October 1997 at the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship district Conference held in Stafford, Virginia
National Mother Brown served in the military for 13 years and has traveled extensively throughout the world. She was very active and instrumental in helping to train and mentor younger soldiers.[1]
