Paul "Billy" Williams is a former head coach of the Ball State college football program from 1924-1925. He also served as the school's head baseball coach from 1922 to 1926, and from 1928 to 1958. He compiled a 209-228-4 record at the helm of the baseball program. He also served as the school's athletic director until 1958. He died in 1973.
