Paul Wright is an American singer, author and musician originally from Eugene, Oregon. His debut LP was called "Fly Away" recorded in Oregon with Christopher Stevens. He graduated from Northwest Christian College with a degree in Communications. He was the starting point guard for the basketball team and won two national championships. Wright has lived in Martha's Vineyard, Nashville and San Diego.

His latest record is called "Sunrise to Sunset". He is featured on the tobyMac CD's Welcome to Diverse City and Renovating Diverse City. He was signed to Gotee Records(Christian record label), which is managed by tobyMac. Wright started his own record/publishing company in 2006 and is currently putting out his own music and books.

Wright also recently released a limited edition, 1000 print LP entitled "Wright or Wrong these songs are Paul's." The 1000 CDs were only sold at concerts he played within North America, but is also available as a Digital Album as an EP via iTunes, including other EPs that have only been released in digital formats.

Wright was also the narrator of the rock opera "!Hero". His character was named Agent Hunter. He worked for I.C.O.N. as an undercover agent, but later joined Hero, played by Michael Tait. Wright has been featured on CDs by tobyMac, LA Symphony, Falling Up and Shawn McDonald. He's also the lead singer in Rootdown a pop/rock/reggae band from Eugene, Oregon. Mat Kearney, who is also a Christian music artist in the hip-hop infused acoustic genre, is the same age as Wright (28), and they both hail from Eugene, Oregon.

Wright also coined the widely popular phrase "Rockachoochoo" in his elementary school of Howard Elementary with childhood friend Bob Rodgers.
