Paul Turner (born 13 February 1960), is a former Wales rugby footballer and the current head coach of Welsh regional side Newport Gwent Dragons.[1]

He was born in Newbridge, Monmouthshire in February 1959.

An outside-half, he was a prolific goal-kicker and is the joint record points holder for Newport RFC.
He also played for Pontypool, Newbridge, Bedford and more recently Old Albanians.

Turner later became player/coach at Sale Sharks and is currently first team coach for the Newport Gwent Dragons.
