Paul Theissen (born May 11, 1960 in Long Island, New York) is an American punk rock drummer. He played in Hellions on Speed from 1980 until the early 1990s.

He is best known for being the replacement drummer in The Deadweights multiple times in the mid 1980s. He also drummed on their album Crisis.

He played in the punk/industrial hybrid band Ninety Odd Years (fronted by former Xes vocalist Nick Fulton) from 1991 to 1997. In 1999, he auditioned to perform drums on Chris Cornell's first solo tour.
