Paul Richards is a British Labour Party politician and author.

Richards was educated at Dr Challoner's Grammar School and University of Salford.

- Paul Richards was the Labour Party candidate for Billericay in the 1997 General Election
- Paul Richards was the Labour Party candidate for Lewes in the 2001 General Election
- He was formerly on the executive of the Labour Coordinating Committee
