Paul Rabil (b. December 14, 1985 from Gaithersburg, Maryland) is a professional lacrosse player with the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse. Rabil played his collegiate lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.[1] He plays the midfielder position.

Rabil was a member of the 2005 and the 2007 winning Blue Jay teams. [2] [3] Rabil was awarded the 2007 McLaughlin Award given to the nation's most outstanding NCAA lacrosse midfielder.[4] Rabil was selected, as one of the five finalists for the 2007 and 2008 Tewaaraton Trophy, awarded to the "Most Outstanding" collegiate lacrosse player in the United States.[5] During the 2007 season, Rabil scored two game winning goals, one against Princeton, the other against University of Maryland.

In 2008, Rabil scored six goals and recorded one assist in a losing effort against Syracuse in the 2008 National Championship game.[6] Two days later, Rabil was selected 1st overall by the Boston Cannons in the 2008 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft.
