Paul Millar (born November 16, 1966) is a Northern Irish Football manager and former player. He was the manager of Belfast Irish Premier League club Glentoran from 2006 until 2007, and on 29th May was appointed manager of Irish First Division club Bangor, close to his residence in Helen's Bay.
As a player Millar started his career with Glentoran. After scoring 15 goals in 28 appearances, he moved to Portadown. He then left Northern Ireland and played for Port Vale briefly before spending five years at Cardiff City. After three years at Linfield he returned to former club Portadown. After player/manager roles at Bangor, Ballymena and Brantwood, where he gained his European A Coaching Licence, he took up a full-time managerial position at Newry Town.[1]
Following the resignation of Roy Coyle, he was appointed as the manager of Glentoran on February 14, 2006.[2] He was sacked as manager on May 17th 2007 after less than 15 months in the job, before returning to Bangor FC.
