Paul Mayhew-Archer

Paul Mayhew-Archer is a writer and script editor for the BBC. His most notable works have been The Vicar of Dibley and My Hero though he also wrote for Spitting Image and Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. He studied English at Cambridge University after attending Eastbourne College, being a member of Reeves House. Before becoming a script writer for the BBC, Mayhew-Archer worked in Radio and before that as an English teacher. He spent his time at school writing plays. He now resides in Abingdon.
