Paul Maybury

Paul Maybury (born 1982 in Boston) is an award winning illustrator and comic book artist living in Austin, Texas.

Maybury worked for the city of Boston under Mayor Menino as a muralist for several years before pursuing a career in comics.
Paul collaborated with writer Mark Andrew Smith on their graphic novel Aqua Leung published by Image Comics April 9th 2008. Paul currently works on his new graphic novel titled Grace, along with his webcomic Party Bear for webcomics collective ACT-I-VATE. His webcomics have also appeared on the DC Comics site Zuda.
Party Bear was originally created in 2000, but was resurrected by Paul Maybury in 2006 when he was invtited to join ACT-I-VATE's third wave at the 2006 Mocca convention in NY.
