Paul Lukather

Paul Lukather is an actor and voice-over artist. He is mostly known as giving voice-overs for many video games including Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty where he done the voice-over for President James Johnson. Lukather also voice-overed for Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, an MGS2 remake, as President James Johnson once again.
